Post a photo using Twitpic
Quickly email your
photographs to Twitpic and have them sent straight to Twitter
Twitpic is a picture posting service which allows
people to upload images and videos. It is a very popular service because it
integrates fully with Twitter so that any pictures uploaded via Twitpic will be
shared on Twitter.
As well as allowing uploads from your computer,
you are given an email address which can be accessed via your Android phone. The beauty of this system is that Twitpic
can track how many times your photo has been viewed and you can also keep all
of the images you’ve ever posted in one place for reference and reuse.
Of all of the services which do similar things,
Twitpic is the most commonly used and much of that is to do with how easy it is
to get to grips with.
1: Set up a Twitpic account
2: Emailing an image
Find an image that you want to share on your phone using the Gallery app, tap Menu, then tap Share and select email or Gmail. In the ‘To’ line, you need to type your Twitpic email address. Whatever you write in the Subject line will be added to your tweet.
3: Sharing videos on Twitter
Twitpic also enables you to share any videos you have. In the Gallery app, tap and hold the video that you would like to share until a green tick appears in its top-right corner. Tap Share and then select either email or Gmail. Then follow the rest of step 2.
